Now Facebook Timeline new look will not remain as a matter of users choice you love it or hate it, it will be there. The makers of Facebook have decided to forcely update the profile of all its users with its new Timeline look. Facebook Timeline was a new look that was presented by Facebook makers to there users last year while some appreciated the look and the others just choose to ignore and not explore the Timeline feature which includes Big cover image located at the top and you life on Facebook with year through chronicle wall posts. With Timeline getting mandatory everything can be found in the current version of Facebook, photos and post that were hidden will now be much easier to view.
This new feature was announced in the f8 developer conference in September and was made available to the users in December when the option to switch was activated. Before this great chance gets into action the users will be given 7 days grace as to resurface the unwanted things, before it can be scene by their friends.
Timeline has been criticized for showing off pictures and posts that people might have wanted to forget.
Not everyone is happy about Timeline feature as one of the Facebook page called Timeline Sucks which was created to protest the move of the site and request them to let users decide which profile page that want to stay with.
The welcome page has the massage written on it saying “we the members of this social network would like for the new timeline feature to be optional”.
This has all been optional for the last month, but “over the next few weeks, everyone will get timeline,” said the official blog post.
